Management and oversight for a special events service and dining establishment.  Responsibilities included applicant screening and interviewing, hiring recommendations, establishment and implementation of training programs, development of complex event planning, resource allocation, and oversight of full event implementation.  Full range of project management skills were implemented to accomplish this.  Focus on building strong customer relationship management systems to support dynamic interpretations of client visions with regard to events such as the country’s second largest St. Patrick’s Day celebration as well as the Savannah College of Art and Design’s Graduation Weekend Event.  Strong familiarity with building client relationships, developing and training employees in event work, and planning and coordination of complex events.

As a Major Accounts Executive, responsible for Client Relationship Management which included solicitation and development of new clients as well as maintaining effective relationships with existing ones.  Development and implementation of sales plans for assigned portfolios.  Conducted consultative needs analysis interviews with prospective clients.  Development and presentation of sales proposals that aligned with clients’ business goals and objectives.  As a Production Manager, oversight of the transition of a traditional darkroom lab to a professional digital lab.  This involved assessment of current status and development of plans for implementation of the digital processes.  Performance of needs analysis and consultation with top management provided the foundation for this successful transition.
